The Gopal Saxena Centre for Advanced Research (GSCAR) is building India’s most ambitious Quantum Technology Research Lab, combining pioneering research in Quantum Computing, Quantum Error Correction (QEC), Quantum-Inspired Optimization (QIO), Quantum Communication & QKD, Quantum Simulation, Quantum Cryptography and Quantum Materials.Located initially in Bangalore (Vidyanagar Cross, North Bangalore) and scaling to a multi-institutional quantum research ecosystem in Pathankot, GSCAR Quantum Lab is designed as a world-class, non-profit research institute dedicated to discovering, inventing and applying breakthrough quantum technologies.
Founded by Dr. Gopal Saxena, an educator and technologist with four decades of leadership, GSCAR Quantum Lab is built as a start-up style, autonomous research organization focused on:
